Fall planting

Well, I got my two new iris, and got them into the ground, both on the west side of the house. I have a few other plants I'd like to divide and spread around, and we're having perfect weather for it. 1. These are gorgeous! I especially love the blue blooms. You're going to love these next spring. It certainly has been beautiful weather for working in the garden. I hope it holds out for a little while longer, because I have lots of bulbs to plant.

  2. I am excited about the blue one too, and I just got a box of heirloom bulbs in the mail today. I'd forgotten I'd ordered them, so it's like a nice little surprise!

  3. I am new to iris, but the cheapo blue one at Wally is such a fragrant and beautiful blossom, I have purchased more, as well!
